Shall the Village of Riverdale, Cook County, Illinois amend its code of ordinances to further restrict curfew from Sunday to Thursday between ten p.m. and six a.m. and on Friday and Saturday between ten-thirty p.m. to six a.m. for any person unaccompanied by an adult between the ages of fourteen and seventeen years?
